CDex is a CD Ripper software (CDDA) is quite well known. You can use this software to help extract the data you have on the Audio CD.

CDex is an application that records audio tracks from CDs and save them into a disk as a regular WAV file or a sound file that has been encoded. The program has a decoder (MPEG 1/2/3-based) and a LAME encoder, and has the support to generate OGG Vorbis files. CDex is available in English, German, Italian, and Spanish.

CDex also is a tool that can do all sorts of things audio related. Its primary focus is on ripping and converting, such as changing your Compact Disc collection into an MP3 collection on your hard drive become extremely easy.
